Pittenweem’s West Braes Project was set up by a committed band of locals to raise funds for the West Braes area at the top of the coastal path in Pittenweem. If you haven’t visited in a while, you may not have seen the absolutely fantastic Mini Golf, all revamped with bright and brilliant paintings, plus a club-hire hut selling lots of bits to enjoy by the sea.
The Project is now working towards restoring the old swimming pool, and was, at the start of the year, awarded £500 from Aviva to help it along.
To help raise more money for the fund, there’s going to be a West Braes Ceilidh on Saturday 25th February, at Pittenweem Church Hall – featuring the Kilrymont Ceilidh Band.
From 7pm to 10pm, it’s going to be a night of fun and dancing, with a raffle and food – plus it’s BYOB to keep those costs down! But make sure you buy your tickets in advance:
Adults: £7.50 (£5 for WB volunteers)
Under 5s: Free

A night to look forward to!
